Jessica Rubalcaba
Hello! I bring 15 years of experience in education and 2 years as a pediatric occupational therapist to my coaching services. I work with children and young adults from ages 5 to 22 and support clients and families using a strengths based, family centered approach. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin Madison and my master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have worked with individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, developmental delays, trauma, and more. I am also a parent of two children with ADHD (one with ADHD-Inattentive and one with ADHD - Combined) and understand firsthand the challenges families face, including navigating 504 plans and IEPs. Personally, I work through my own executive functioning challenges related to Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and bring both professional and lived experience into my sessions. I look forward to seeing if we would be a good match!
