I’ve been career coaching since 2013, specializing in neurodivergence since 2020, and previously worked as a mental health counselor. I've worked with clients entering 20+ industries and specialize in working with ADHD career changers, nonlinear career professionals, college/grad students, entrepreneurs, and folks interested in attending graduate school. I also teach neuroinclusive career counseling upon request for therapists who want to learn! About me: I am nonbinary (they/she), have AuDHD, and an invisible disability (TBI and migraines). I spent 10+ yrs in higher education and started my coaching business in 2025. I’ve personally experienced navigating accommodations, medical leave, being fired, relocating across the country, neurodivergent burnout, looking for a job in the past two years, and working remotely as a partial caregiver. I focus on much more than the job search. My approach involves: - clarifying your career goals and needs; - creating actionable next steps; - rebranding your story to reflect what you want next; - upskilling and networking; - providing a flexible yet structured framework; - and troubleshooting strategies based on both your results and bandwidth.
