About

My coaching approach is neurodivergent-affirming, collaborative, and practical. I offer coaching for ADHD and autistic adults, creating a space where you can show up as yourself, explore what matters to you, and talk things through without having to fit into a rigid agenda or one-size-fits-all system. You lead, and I guide. I follow your thinking as it unfolds, ask questions, reflect things back, and help you notice patterns and connections. Together, we can slow things down enough to understand what is getting in the way and figure out what might actually work for you. My experience with ADHD includes my professional ADHD coaching training and certification, along with a deep personal interest in understanding ADHD through my close family relationships. That experience has led me to learn more about how ADHD can shape everyday life and how to better understand and support the people I care about. I focus on the complexity of the ADHD nervous system and how many different factors can shape the way someone experiences attention, energy, motivation, regulation, and executive functioning from one situation to another. I also bring particular attention to the intersection of ADHD and autism, including masking, identity, sensory experiences, nervous-system regulation, and the process of making sense of yourself after a later diagnosis. What makes my practice unique is the way I combine neurodivergent-affirming coaching with a genuinely human, individualized approach. Many people who are drawn to this kind of support have had their neurodivergence overlooked or misunderstood, or have spent years trying to navigate systems and expectations that were not designed with them in mind. I’m particularly interested in supporting people navigating the intersections of neurodivergence, culture, identity, and belonging, including women, BIPOC and Latine clients, and people from immigrant or bicultural backgrounds. I offer support in both English and Spanish, recognizing that language can be closely tied to identity and to how understood and comfortable someone feels. Sessions are conversational and process-led, with room for reflection, honesty, frustration, awkwardness, and even humor. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and find approaches that fit your actual life.
