Adela Baker

Adela Baker is a former corporate trainer and language instructor turned ADHD executive coach. She is dedicated to helping “Turbo Thinkers©”—high achievers with fast-moving, highly creative minds—succeed in a neurotypical world. Her journey into ADHD coaching began with discovering her son’s “race car brain with tricycle brakes.” Fluent in five languages—English, Spanish, French, Dutch, and Italian—she brings a global perspective. Adela serves as Vice President of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) Board and is one of the few coaches worldwide who reviews and sponsors aspiring coaches as a mentor for PAAC. She has been featured on NPR and speaks annually at conferences including the International Conference on ADHD.
