As a trained ADHD Coach and ADHDer myself, I help individuals with ADHD (diagnosed or not) identify their strengths and develop personalized strategies to manage their challenges, such as emotional regulation, impulsivity, and overwhelm, but also productivity, focus, and time management. I’ve been working in the mental and physical wellness industry since 2004. Today, I offer my services to adults and college students with ADHD in person on Maui, occasionally on Oahu, and online.
